3.1.1

Description

The area of Social Influence looks at the things that make us follow the crowd or stand out from the crowd. Psychologist seek to find out whether there are common factors that create the conditions to make us do things.

Standing out from the crowd might give you an advantage of some sort. It might give more clarity to a situation and allow you to make a better decision. It is not such a good idea perhaps, on a battlefield.

Can a nice person be turned into an evil monster just by changing their surroundings?
